| With capacities of 7000 lbs (3182 kg) the DSL-2 (automatic stop) and DSL-3 (manual stop) double container trailers are a proven transfer system for mixed aircraft fleets. The containers are supported on (4) rows of 2.5” (6 cm) diameter galvanized steel rollers with heavy-duty infeed rollers set ¼” (0.63 cm) lower for ease of container loading when handling (2) LD-1, LD-2 or LD-3 containers or (1) LD-4, LD-8 or LD-11. Four-wheel automotive steering provides positive tracing and precise positioning. Mechanical parking brakes are engaged by raising the towbar. |
