YVON VÉZINA ENTREPRISE

One of our partners (sister companies) YVON VÉZINA ENTREPRISE is a manufacturer of a composite material which is manufactured in a vacuum infusion process. This company is world reknown for product development and fabrication. During the last year, they have obtained accreditations for NFPA 415 on composite material, and they were the winners of prestigious awards from "G.E." as the most improved supplier of 1998. VÉZINA Enterprises is the manufacturer of the composite material used in ACCESSAIR's "SKYWALKER" commuter bridge.

C.M.C.

C.M.C., a private research center, offers both engineering and research expertise which is available to ACCESSAIR for product development Some of the vast experience of the C.M.C. technical team was acquired through the execution of contracts in various industries such as: ground transportation (buses), repair contracts for the F18 Fighter Jet for Canadair and the Pelican Ultralight Airplane. Their expertise extends into ballistic, defence, naval and medical products. This company possesses all the tools necessary to validate the development of new products, such as finite element analysis. They have also brought to our group an expertise in the training of customers in the use or operation of new products.

DYNAPLEX (Dallas, TX)

Dynaplex's field of expertise is in acrylic castings and fabrication. They also have years of experience in monomer chemistry for such products as Lexan and treated acrylic used in airplanes. They are involved in a major research and development project involving the recycling of acrylic and its use for sandblasting of airplanes (research in spertographic granulation).

SUN REZ CORP. (San Diego, CA)

Sun Rez is an associated partner involved with us in technical product development. They have brought to our group their experience acquired through work with Lockheed in developing composite wing structures designed to reduce weight and increase strength. This group has also been involved in the composite development of UV curing and certain U.S. Navy projects.

TRINITY VALLEY ERECTORS (TX)

From a home base in Texas, Trinity Valley Erector's technical service personnel and emergency response teams are available for the removal, installation, refurbishing and maintenance of passenger loading bridges and baggage handling systems across North America. Trinity Valley Erectors is experienced in analyzing almost any maintenance problem and providing a rapid solution.

SKYWALK TECHNOLOGIES (Arlington, TX)

Skywalk is a partner in technical development, marketing and servicing of our commuter boarding bridge. Their technical staff have worked with various airlines and boarding bridge manufacturers. With this experience, we were able to develop our SKYWALKER Boarding bridge at a record speed by avoiding the big "learning curve". Part of this technical know how has been passed on to develop the "Airbag" canopy on the airstairs.

ELECTROTECH SYSTEMS, INC. (Arlington, TX)

Is an associated partner in the Dallas area which is comprised of electrical engineers and service technicians for the distribution and servicing of variable drives and other electrical equipment. They are being used for servicing and certain installations in the Dallas area.
